The Village at Seven Pines is officially a thing, taking shape along Stillwood Pines and Kernan Boulevards. It’s all part of a dining, retail and services hub available not only to Seven Pines residents, but those who work here and visit from outside the community.
Soon, Seven Pines residents can walk, cycle or drive to dinner, meetups, the grocery store and healthcare options right outside their front doors. Already a walkable, neighborly community thanks to its miles of trails, popular amenities and outdoor-recreation options, Seven Pines’ latest additions might tempt residents not to leave their community!

The anchor
The Village at Seven Pines will be anchored by a Publix supermarket. The Florida-founded-and-headquartered grocery chain is building one of its newest Jacksonville-area stores right on Seven Pines’ doorstep, and it will headline The Village’s 182,000 square space of retail space.
The rest of the roster
Also on tap at The Village at Seven Pines is 1928 Cuban Bistro, which is one of the newest locations for this northeast Florida-and-woman-owned restaurant company, plus Ember & Iron, another locally-owned entity featuring new American cuisine and specialties in grilling and open-flame cooking.
Williams-Sonoma Inc.’s popular Pottery Barn Kids and Williams Sonoma culinary store are returning to the Jacksonville area in The Village at Seven Pines. The community’s youngest residents have yet another retail option just for them in ToyTopia, a northeast Florida-based, family-owned company specializing in educational toys and imaginative play.
RE Spa will offer Seven Pines residents skincare and massage services, among other beauty and aesthetics choices. And Chase Bank continues its northeast Florida expansion with a new Seven Pines location.
As of this writing, the above retail, dining and services businesses were scheduled for a 2027 opening. The groundbreaking ceremony for The Village at Seven Pines took place on February 18, and included the announcement of its businesses.
What’s in progress
A two-level, 50,000-square-foot medical office building developed by Tampa-based Onicx LLC, which is nearing competition.
Next door, a new BaptistHealth Place campus that opened on June 2, 2026. Seven Pines residents now have access to myriad on-site health resources right in their neighborhood.
Also coming is an 85,000-square-foot Life Time fitness and athletic club with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, pickleball courts, locker rooms, and pretty much every luxury gym amenity imaginable. It’s targeted for a 2027 opening.
Also targeting 2027 is Regency Centers’ new corporate headquarters in the same services hub near The Village at Seven Pines. The Jacksonville-founded company is developing The Village.
