Seven Pines has been recognized on a national stage, earning a Silver Award for Best Lifestyle Program for a Community at NAHB’s The Nationals 2025. A panel of 16 industry judges evaluated each submission and selected 325 Silver Award winners who now move on as nominees for the Gold Award.
