Exciting news is coming to Seven Pines. Florida-based grocer Publix will serve as the anchor for The Village at Seven Pines, a brand-new retail destination being developed by Regency Centers at the intersection of J. Turner Butler and Kernan boulevards.
The Village at Seven Pines is planned to include 182,000 square feet of retail space, featuring a thoughtful mix of health and wellness, dining, shopping, soft goods, and more. Publix’s presence ensures that residents will enjoy convenient access to one of Florida’s most trusted grocery brands, right at the heart of the community.
In addition to welcoming Publix and a variety of retailers, Regency Centers has announced it will relocate its corporate headquarters to The Village at Seven Pines. The new office space will span three floors, allowing Regency Centers’ staff to stay closely connected to the daily operations of its shopping centers while being part of this vibrant new destination.
Construction on The Village at Seven Pines is expected to begin in early 2026, with the first retailers opening their doors in 2027.
