What Seven Pines is
It’s southeast Jacksonville’s newest master-planned community, located in the southeast quadrant of the Interstate 295-Butler Boulevard interchange.
Seven Pines’ size — a little over 1,000 acres — means plenty of room for 1,600 single-family homes, plus apartments. More than a million square feet of retail and commercial space will add to the community’s versatility.
Yet, even with a convenient location and meticulously planned neighborhood and amenities, Seven Pines is peacefully nestled amid northeast Florida’s pines, oaks and palms, a serene landscape punctuated by ponds and lakes that double as fishing holes.

While “fun” might not be the first word you’d use to describe searching for a new Florida home, leaning into it is a great way to shift your mindset.

A 34-acre park anchors the community, punctuated by a lake bordered by a walking path. Expect all the perks of today’s master-planned communities — a residents club, gathering areas, and resort-style swimming pool, to name a few.

Why Seven Pines is unique
Seven Pines is coming to life on acreage from Jacksonville’s longtime-resident Skinner family.
The community is a collaboration between ICI Homes and Houston-based David Weekley Homes. It’s being built with the Skinner family’s vision in mind, and its name pays homage to the family — Seven Pines for seven Skinner brothers!
