Seven Pines has been recognized on a national stage, earning a Silver Award for Best Lifestyle Program for a Community at NAHB’s The Nationals 2025. This award places Seven Pines among the top finalists in the country and reflects the strength of the community experience that has taken shape here in Jacksonville.
The Nationals competition received more than 1,100 entries this year, representing communities and teams from across the United States. A panel of 16 industry judges evaluated each submission and selected 325 Silver Award winners who now move on as nominees for the Gold Award. The Gold Award will be announced during the ceremony on February 17 in Orlando.
A Lifestyle Program Designed to Bring People Together
From the beginning, the Seven Pines lifestyle program was created with a clear purpose. Help residents feel connected from the moment they arrive. Build opportunities for neighbors to meet, engage, and form meaningful friendships. Celebrate the natural beauty and history of the land while establishing new traditions that can grow with the community.
The result has been a wide range of events and activities that appeal to individuals, couples, families, and residents of all ages. Monthly programming has included social gatherings, wellness activities, creative workshops, and seasonal celebrations. Popular events have ranged from Sip and Stroll evenings and live music happy hours to yoga sessions, art nights, mixers, and cupcake decorating. The signature Pine o neer Day event, held each fall, honors the legacy of family gatherings once held on this property and has quickly become a favorite community tradition.
Participation has been strong throughout the year. Events in January saw more than four hundred total registrations, and June events welcomed nearly three-hundred participants. The community newsletter continues to maintain high engagement as well, with open rates consistently above seventy-five percent!

The lifestyle program has played an important role in shaping the personality of Seven Pines. It supports connections among young families, multigenerational households, professionals, and active retirees.
