Due to overwhelming demand we are still scheduling appointments as we work towards a VIP By Appointment Only Community Opening in mid-May. Most of our inquiries to date have been more specific so we will address these for you now!

Both ICI Homes and David Weekley Homes will be offering the following:

• We’ll be introducing several new floor plans, especially designed for Seven Pines, to include one and two story single family homes, some with garages in the rear to allow more front porch living.
• Plans will range from approximately 1,600 sqft to over 5,000 sqft, and priced from the $600s to over $1 million
• Home sites will range from 40-70 ft wide, many featuring either conservation or lake views.
• We will feature eight brand new, especially designed, furnished model homes on model row!
