Exciting news for Seven Pines! Regency Centers has announced plans for The Village at Seven Pines, a 175,000-square-foot shopping center that will serve as the community’s primary retail hub. Featuring a mix of retail, dining, personal services, and a grocery store anchor, this development will bring everyday convenience to residents and visitors alike. Construction is expected to begin in early 2026.

All the little bakers flocked to The Club Room for our first edition of Seven Pines Sunshines: Sprinkles and Swirls. A local baker from the Jacksonville area came out and showed our Sunshines how to decorate cupcakes like a true professional, and she may have created some competition for herself!

The Lodge came alive for happy hour at The Friday Beat! Residents leaned into the potluck style of this event, and we had a full spread. Folks were elated to break bread with their neighbors over live music, and some were even so generous as to bring spirits to share! It was heartwarming to see people talking like they’ve known each other for years and they’d only just met!
